Refund policy

This policy applies to products purchased from Peaking Pandas, operated by Victor Lee trading as Peaking Pandas (ABN 99 665 698 958). It should be read alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your consumer guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or does not do what it should, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Food products

Because our products are food items, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched, for health, safety, and hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully when ordering.

If something is wrong with your order

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or with a quality issue, contact us within a reasonable time of receiving it and we will make it right. To help us assess it quickly, please email us at sales@peakingpandas.com.au with your order number and, where possible, a photo of the issue. Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect or missing items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, contact us and we will correct it at no cost to you.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
